Car Wash Questions

A. We have an option to retract our top brush so it does not make contact with the hood, roof or back end of the vehicle.We also have side brushes that rotate across the back that could possibly damage the spoiler.Feel free to stop by our shop and will inspect your car. Although we have successfully washed vehicles with spoilers we could not be responsible for any damage that may occur during the wash process.

We can tape over the camera to protect it prior to going through the wash. If we feel it could be damaged in any way we will advise you before entering our wash tunnel.

A. It really depends on how low your vehicle is-you are welcome to stop by and we can see if you are able to clear the track. Our hours are 7 days a week from 7am to 530pm. Ask for Pat or Theresa and we'll be glad to help you.

A. We do not shampoo or steam clean vehicle interiors. Our express detail is basic-vacuum, wipe windows, door jams and the dash.

Yes. With one low monthly fee you can come to wash your vehicle as often as you wish. Each plan is for one vehicle. The car wash has vehicle recognition and a photo of the vehicle. The plans rebills monthly on or about the day you enroll.

Yes. As a member you get a 10% discount on repairs and services at Midas.

A. This is something that needs to be handled in person at our office.There is a photo recognition of the vehicle and it will be flagged if they vehicles do not match.In person is the best way to handle this.

A. If you could write down the pass number we will cancel it and reissue you a new pass. Removing the pass from the windshield will damage it so it is easier to replace it.

A. It goes by the month. It rebills monthly on or aboutthe same day that you sign up.It's really a good deal if you like to wash your car often-you can come every day!
